Say 'No' to Secret Trade Negotiations


The US Trade Representative (USTR) Ron Kirk is negotiating an  
expansive Free Trade Agreement among countries in the Pacific Rim. The  
Agreement, called the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP), will  
have broad implications for our climate and environment, the rights of  
workers, and more. Yet it is being negotiated in complete secrecy.
We oppose secret trade negotiations!
Dear Ron Kirk,
Americans deserve the right to know what U.S. trade negotiators are  
proposing in our name.

The Trans-Pacific Free Trade Agreement is likely to impact our climate  
and environment, the rights of workers, access to affordable  
medicines, and more. With these critical issues at stake, it is  
essential that there is transparency around what is being negotiated  
and time for open debate and public participation.

We are calling on you to publicly release all Trans-Pacific Free Trade  
Agreement proposals now.
