Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is leading Mitt Romney’s campaign charge  
against President Barack Obama’s handling of trade ahead of the  
Commander in Chief’s Friday afternoon speech in Tampa, Florida on  
trade, reports the Huffington Post.

Bush argues that despite Obama signing Free Trade Agreements last fall  
with Colombia, Panama, and South Korea, he sat on the deals for three  
years prior.
