[CTC] US ag ambitions in IPEF

Hi all,

My colleague Steve Suppan just wrote this briefing note on what is likely to be the U.S. approach to agriculture in IPEF. The paper outlines several longstanding U.S. complaints around agricultural biotechnology rules in potential IPEF countries, as described in the annual Foreign Barriers to Trade report, several agribusiness submissions on what they'd like to see come out of these talks, and, fundamentally, the flawed approach to science used in setting standards.
