Obama recently noted. <a

by leading economists</a> has consistently <font color=black><span
style='color:black'>shown that five countries are the most egregious currency
manipulators--<st1:country-region w:st="on">China</st1:country-region>, <st1:City
w:st="on">Hong Kong</st1:City>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">Malaysia</st1:country-region>,
<st1:country-region w:st="on">Taiwan</st1:country-region> and <st1:country-region
