padding: 0px; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, Baskerville, Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 20px; text-align: left;" class="">While many countries are reviewing and introducing changes to their treaty practice, which is often proclaimed as ‘reforms’, countries are taking significantly different steps and approaches in this area.</p><p style="margin: 1em 0px;
