*        The Senate will convene at 2:00pm at proceed to a period of morning business until 3:00pm, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to ten minutes each.



*        At 3:00pm, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R. 1314 [the legislative vehicle for Trade Promotion Authority and Trade Adjustment Assistance], with the time until 5:30pm equally divided and controlled between Senators Hatch and Wyden, or their designees.


*        At 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to roll call votes on the following amendments, both of which will be subject to affirmative 60-vote thresholds:



o   Brown amendment to restore funding for the trade adjustment assistance program to the level established by the Trade Adjustment Assistance Extension Act of 2011. (#1242)


o   Lankford amendment to establish consideration of the conditions relating to religious freedom of parties to trade negotiations as an overall negotiating objective of the United States. (#1237)

The following amendments are currently pending to H.R. 1314 [the legislative vehicle for Trade Promotion Authority and Trade Adjustment Assistance]:


*        Hatch amendment in the nature of a substitute. (#1221)


o   Flake amendment to strike the extension of the trade adjustment assistance program. (#1243)


o   Lankford amendment to establish consideration of the conditions relating to religious freedom of parties to trade negotiations as an overall negotiating objective of the United States. (#1237)


o   Brown amendment to restore funding for the trade adjustment assistance program to the level established by the Trade Adjustment Assistance Extension Act of 2011. (#1242)
