[CTC] IPEF Listening Session Scheduled for Tuesday (10/10)

Hi everyone,

Please consider signing up for this before Friday’s deadline.

With final decisions on many of IPEF’s chapters and pillars slated to be completed this month, the “listening session” described below is a particularly important opportunity.  Because the session is Zoom-based and presenters aren’t asked any follow-up questions, it’s also a super-easy, low-commit way to get your thoughts in front of the lead negotiators right before they head into some crucial final talks.

U.S. Department of Commerce and USTR to Hold Stakeholder IPEF Listening Sessions for Sixth Negotiating Round

The U.S. Department of Commerce and the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) invite interested stakeholders to take part in two listening session opportunities on the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) for the sixth in-person negotiating round. The sixth negotiating round will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from October 15-24, 2023.

All stakeholder events are closed press.

Department of Commerce/USTR Virtual Stakeholder Listening Session:

If you are providing an intervention/presentation, we respectfully request that you identify the topic(s) that you will cover during your remarks and include that information in the registration submission.
